Grated Carrot And Green peas Curry





Ingredients :
Grated Carrots          -            3 cups.
Green Peas              -            1 cup.
Onions      -     1(medium)cut lengthy wise
Green chilies     -     3
Garlic Cloves    -    4
Curry leaves
Salt as per taste

Preparation:
Heat 4 tblspn of oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds ,jeera, chana dal fry for 1 min,then add  green chili,curry leaves.
add chopped onions fry till it transparent. Add turmeric powder and Then add green peas.close the lid .cook it for 5 mins.
(here i add frozen peas) Then add grated carrot .mix it well. Add salt and crushed garlic,mix it well.
cook it 5 more minutes.
check the taste.  If need add some chili powder and salt.

Serve with rice or chapathi
